The American Cancer Society's Marion County Relay for Life was held on June 13th and 14th at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon. Me and Brian Holt were Grand Marshals for the event.

My friend Governor Kulongoski came and spent time with me at the Luminaria Ceremony and later spent some private time at the campsite with me. He brought her some gifts and told the audience that he was there to support me, who was a courageous fighter against cancer.

I also got to give out the 1st annual Codi Frazier Award, for most inspiring youth group. This award will be given at all future Relay events in my honor.  I am very proud of this.
